Midday Dog Walks

A workday is a long time to ask a dog to hold on. The midday walk exists to break that up: someone comes to the house while you are out, gets the dog moving, tops up the water, and leaves the place the way they found it. It is the most ordinary thing we do and the most frequently booked, because it is the difference between a dog who is fine and a dog who has been crossing his legs since eight in the morning. Fairfax, Arlington and Alexandria are the normal run. You do not have to be on vacation to need this. Most of our standing bookings are people who work in Tysons or the District and cannot get home at noon, and once the schedule is set it runs the same every week without you having to ask again.

What a midday visit covers

A walk sized to the dog rather than the clock, fresh water, a bathroom break, and any midday feeding or medication you have written into the notes. The check-in photo goes out when the visit ends, so the walk is on your phone before you are out of your afternoon meeting. Call (571) 389-4369 to set the days.
