Away
Vacation Visits
Scheduled drop-in visits while you are away: feeding, water, litter, letting out and a photo each time, in your own home.
Your animals stay home while you do not
Boarding means a car ride, a strange building, and a week of other people's dogs barking through a wall. A vacation visit means none of that happens. We come to the house on a set schedule, feed, water, clean the litter, let the dogs out, and put eyes on everything before we leave. The animals sleep in their own beds and keep their own routine, which is the entire reason people book this instead of a kennel. Cats in particular do far better this way. A cat who would spend a week hiding at the back of a kennel run will barely register that anything changed.
How a vacation block is set up
We agree the number of visits a day before you leave, walk the house together, and write down where the food, the leash, the litter and the medication live. Keys or a door code get sorted at that meeting rather than by text from the airport. Every visit ends with a photo. Holiday weeks book up first, so call (571) 389-4369 early for those.
Furry Friends. Care happens in your home or in a supervised home environment, on your schedule. Call (571) 389-4369.
